Drew Seder, is a graduate of the University of Arizona. Seder is a seasoned Sales professional with over 15 years of experience in Sales, management, operations, application and business development. Prior to recruiting, Seder was a successful Financial Advisor and owned an Independent Division of Wachovia Securities. Mr. Seder founded and is one of the Managing partners of The Sanford Barrows Group. His company was also listed as one of the largest recruiting firm in South Florida by the prominent magazine, the South Florida Business Journal
Irv Silverstein is a veteran of the IT industry and serves as a Senior Vice President of the IT Division. He started his technical career as a Systems Engineer for Electronic Data Systems. After 10 years of implementations and project management at EDS, Irv transitioned into the staffing side of the IT industry.
With over 15 years of marketing and recruiting experience in the IT staffing industry, Irv has developed strong contacts and strategic alliances with many clients in South Florida. He has worked for some of the premier staffing companies South Florida including the Sanford Barrows Group where he was recruited to start up the IT division.
Lily McCausland is Senior Vice President of the firm’s Banking and Brokerage division. A graduate of The American University in Washington, DC, she began her professional career in International relations serving as the Consul General’s liaison at the Israeli Consulate in Miami.
She has devoted most of her career serving financial professionals. Prior to joining Sanford Barrows, she served as managing director of MRI-Investment Management Careers, a national executive search firm. While at Investment Management Careers, Lily completed numerous retained searches for senior level executive positions on both the buy and sell sides of the industry. Lily has been a member of the Sanford Barrows team for more than five years.
Nicholas S. Ferber is a Managing Partner of the Sanford Barrows Group and has spent his entire career in the financial services industry. A graduate of the University of Miami, Nicholas worked for ten years as a highly successful investment professional at Prudential Securities and Wachovia Securities. For the past six years he has been a preeminent executive recruiter focused on high-level positions in banking, brokerage and finance.
Prior to joining Sanford Barrows, he served as a managing partner of Solomon Edwards Group; a national executive search firm where he established the Banking and Brokerage division. While at Solomon Edwards, Nicholas completed numerous highly competitive searches for professionals in the banking and brokerage industries.
Ben Shamah joined The Sanford Barrows Group after moving to Miami from New York City, where he worked in the Marketing department of Roadrunner Records for five years. Ben managed the day-to-day operations at Roadrunner and oversaw the successful marketing of platinum-selling artists such as Nickelback. He played an integral role in the company's sale of over 10 million albums.
Ben received his BS in Marketing from New York University. He has turned his focus to the marketing of skilled professionals. He is consistently one of the company’s most successful producers.
David Eitches is Senior Vice President of Permanent Search and a founding member of the Sanford Barrows Group, joining the firm after seven years of recruiting experience in New York City. David is a graduate of The George Washington University and focuses on Accounting, Finance, C-level, and Administrative recruitment. David is also responsible for establishing the structure of the Contract/Contract-Hire Division at the firm.
Brooke Silver is the Director of the Contract/Contract-Hire division. She brings with her over 8 years of Sales and Marketing Experience predominantly in the financial lending arena. After joining the Sanford Barrows team in 2007 Brooke made the switch from permanent placements to temporary staffing and is responsible for the day to day management of all of SBG’s contracted employees as well as liaison between clients and contracted staff.
Michelle Nelson has spent the past 15 years working in a Senior Management capacity within the technology sector. Ms. Nelson began her technology career with Bell South and had successively responsible positions at both Bell South and Qwest Communications. In 2001, Ms. Nelson left Qwest to found her own technology company, Global Communications Consulting where she served as Chief Executive Officer, leading the company to $40 million in sales while specializing in hosting, VoIP, MPLS network builds, wireless/WAN, and international long distance routes.
Ms. Nelson sold her interest Global Communications Consulting to join the publicly traded HYPERLINK "theglobe.com” (tglo.ob) where she served in a management capacity across sales, marketing and operations. During her tenure she has received multiple awards including IP Telephony Product of the year, and the prestigious International Telecommunications Union Global Leader in Network Innovation Award.
Choosing to return to her entrepreneurial roots, Ms. Nelson founded Online Medical Solutions, a technology consulting company building custom software applications.. Ms Nelson holds a Bachelors Degree from Elmhurst College and a Masters Degree from Northern Illinois University and is credentialed as a Cisco Sales Engineer.
Tracy Airington currently serves as the Senior Vice President at Sanford Barrows Group. With over 12 years of marketing and recruiting experience in the staffing industry, she has developed an unparalleled reputation with strong contacts and strategic alliances with many clients in South Florida. She has worked for some of the most premier staffing companies in South Florida including the Sanford Barrows Group and started her career at a charted accountant firm in Liverpool England. Tracy’s biggest talent is her people skills and the passion for the recruiting.
Christina Onori is a Senior Vice President of the Accounting and Finance Division at the Sanford Barrows Group, a boutique recruiting firm specializing in on C-level to Middle Management Positions. A graduate of The Florida State University, Christina worked for more than 5 years in the TV/Radio broadcast industry. While at Sanford Barrows Group, she has completed numerous highly competitive searches and has flourished at bringing in new business. She is a member of the Construction Finance Management Association, The Miami Finance Forum, and Junior League of Fort Lauderdale, and is self-motivated by her success in standing out from the crowds. Christina continues to consistently be one of the company’s top producers. She is known as someone who will go the extra mile in finding top talent for her clients, or a great company for her candidates.
Billy Gustin, a graduate of Purdue University, is Vice President of the Accounting/Finance and Restructuring Division with the Sanford Barrows Group. Billy came to us as a leading mortgage broker in the state of Florida, and is recognized in the brokerage community as a successful, results-driven professional. Prior to working in the mortgage industry, Billy was a player for The National Football League for 4 years, playing for the Dallas Cowboys, Carolina Panthers, Denver Broncos, and the Washington Redskins.
His industry knowledge and extensive contacts enables him to excel in his rapidly growing field of Accounting/Finance and Restructuring. His ability in identifying and placing high caliber executive talent with the right companies is second to none.
Brandt Stein is bringing 15 years of recruiting management experience to his new role at Sanford Barrows Group, Inc., with the bulk of his tenure spent at recognized U.S. corporations offering human capital, supply chain management and transaction processing solutions.
While at these firms, Stein was responsible for recruitment of executive, technical IT, financial, business development, audit, promotions and marketing candidates, as well as for development of corporate recruiting strategies, implementation of standards and procedures that increased success rate of recruiting efforts, and provision of competitive analysis through extensive business, market and financial research.
With his extensive knowledge in advanced recruitment management, including training, resume review and screening techniques, Stein has established a solid track record for providing solid recruitment leadership, coordinating high-level sales and recruiting projects, and managing relationships with key clients.
