Julie was employed in the healthcare industry for over 13 years with a Fortune 500 Healthcare company, negotiating and building a network of physicians, hospitals and diagnostic centers. Upon leaving the healthcare industry, she worked for an Attorney, managing his practice and learning the Legal Industry. Julie entered the recruiting industry in early 2001 and in 2002 made the move to a national staffing company, opening their Miami office in 2003. She was successful in building a presence and fostering client, and candidate relationships. She has long-standing relationships that have lasted her entire career. Julie is extremely familiar with, not just the local market, but national market as well. She firmly believes in educating her candidates and managing their expectations.
